B : Himalayan Chain Resort Lodge Trek

  • Comfortable quality accommodation on full board basis.

  • Trek permit fee, local taxes, guide, staff & porters insurance, Sagarmatha National Park entry fee.
  • Transportation to / from Kathmandu for all equipment, staff and porters.

C : Normal Lodge Trek

  • Lodge accommodation with local food.
  • Services of guide and porter.
  • Transportation to / from Kathmandu as per itinerary.
  • Trek permit fee, local taxes, guides & porters insurance, National Park entry fee or Annapurna Area entry fee.

 

 
Payment Schedule
  • An advance of 25% is required when
  • booking the trekking or trip, to be paid 30 days before departure.
  • The remaining balance has to be paid in Kathmandu before trekking or trip departure.

Cancellation policy
In event of cancellation of your trekking or trip the following charges will be made :
A   more than 30 days before departure   US$ 50 pp
B   between 15-29 days before departure   US$ 100 pp
C   less than 14 days before departure   US$ 200 pp
D   after starting the trip or trek   no refund
 
Payment Schedule
  • An advance of 15% is required when booking the expedition.
  • Further payment of 60% is required 60 days before the departure of the expedition.
  • The remaining balance has to be paid in Kathmandu before the departure of the expedition.
  • If the entire balance is not paid before departure, Asian Trekking (P) Ltd has full right to delay this departure. All extra expenses due to this delayed departure will be at charge of the concerned expedition and deductible from the advance payment.

    should be paid maximum two months before the climbing permit will be issued.

  • Entry and exit point in Tibet.
  • Details of walkie-talkies, satellite phones and other technical equipment.

  1. Full name as in passport.

  5. Sex.
  6. Date of birth.
  7. Occupation.

Once the permit is granted :
The expedition team must send 15% of the bill in advance to our Asian Trekking account. The balance must reach the Asian Trekking account at least three months prior to the teams' departure for expedition.
Cancellation policy :
  • The registration fee is not refundable in case of cancellation. Cancellations are only accepted until 60 days before departure. Charges are calculated according to the expenditures done for each expedition.
  • Expedition goods arriving in Kathmandu by Air Cargo (overland transit to China) require an Airway Bill, Invoice and Packing List along with a photocopy of Protocol (permit).
  • Expedition good arriving by Air Cargo must mention the name of the expedition team as shipping agent and the same in care of Asian Trekking (P) Ltd., Tridevi Marg, Thamel, Kathmandu, Nepal, as receiver.
