mattresses, sleeping tent, dining tent & toilet, provided.

- Trek Permit Fee, local taxes, camp staff
& porters insurance, national park entry fee or conservation area entry fee
- Transportation to / from Kathmandu of all
equipment, food, staff and porters.
- Climbing Fee
of peak permit, equipment allowance
of climbing guides, necessary equipment and clothing for camp staff & porters for
crossing high passes and climbing peaks.
- Equipment allowance, daily wages, food and
lodging of Environmental Officer for the treks to Mustang, Manaslu, Inner Dolpo,
Simikot-Hilsa.
B : Himalayan Chain Resort Lodge

Payment Schedule
- An advance of 25% is required when
- booking the trekking or trip, to be paid 30
days before departure.
- The remaining balance has to be paid in
Kathmandu before trekking or trip departure.

Payment
Schedule
- An advance of 15% is required when booking
the expedition.
- Further payment of 60% is required 60 days
before the departure of the expedition.
- The remaining balance has to be paid in
Kathmandu before the departure of the expedition.
- If the entire
balance is not paid before departure, Asian Trekking (P) Ltd has full
right to delay this departure. All extra expenses due to this delayed
departure will be at charge of the concerned expedition and deductible
from the advance payment.
Payment Shedule of Royalties and
Fees
- The Climbing Fee
should be paid maximum two
months before the climbing permit will be issued.
- The Climbing Fee
is not refundable in case
of cancellation.

In order to issue a Mountaineering
Permit we need the following information
- Name of the mountain.
- Number of members in the team.
- Name of the mountaineering team.
- Tentative itinerary of the total duration of the expedition.
- Number of Nepalese Sherpas required.
- Entry and exit point in Tibet.
- Details of walkie-talkies, satellite phones and other technical equipment.
- Final name list of members along with passport details including :
- Full name as in passport.
- Passport number.
- Nationality.
- Address.
- Sex.
- Date of birth.
- Occupation.

| Once the permit is granted : |
| The expedition team must send 15% of the
bill in advance to our Asian Trekking account. The balance must reach the Asian Trekking
account at least three months prior to the teams' departure for expedition. |
| Cancellation policy : |
- The registration fee is not refundable
in case of cancellation. Cancellations are only accepted until 60 days before departure.
Charges are calculated according to the expenditures done for each expedition.
- Expedition goods arriving in Kathmandu by
Air Cargo (overland transit to China) require an Airway Bill, Invoice and Packing List
along with a photocopy of Protocol (permit).
- Expedition good arriving by Air Cargo must
mention the name of the expedition team as shipping agent and the same in care of Asian
Trekking (P) Ltd., Tridevi Marg, Thamel, Kathmandu, Nepal, as receiver.
